1. I am a member with Rock Gifts & Book Centre. Am I entitled to membership discount for online purchases?
ROCK membership discount is only applicable at the physical store.
2. Can I use vouchers purchased in the physical store for my online purchases?
We only accept e-Vouchers for online payment. Vouchers purchased at the physical shop can only be redeemed at the physical shop.
3. My promo code doesn't work, help!
If your promo code won’t apply or you get an error message, check whether the following applies to you:
- You’ve already used the code. Some of our promo codes can only be used once, so if you’ve ever used the code in the past then it won’t work again.
The items aren’t eligible. Check the terms and conditions of the code, and make sure the items in your shopping bag aren’t excluded items.
Some common exclusions are holy communion element pack, sale/clearance products and gift cards.
- The code has been entered incorrectly. Whoops! The codes are case sensitive so enter it exactly as it is written and try again.
- The code has expired or fully redeemed. Check the expiry date of the code, as some of them run for a limited time or expire after a set period.
4. I can't find a particular sermon title.
Please drop us a message at email@example.com with the sermon title and date that you are looking for. We will get back to you within 3 working days.
5. What happens next after I've made payment for a mp3 download?
You will receive an email with the download link. For Apple device users, please select download to a Cloud storage and transfer to your other device via iTunes, as the file is unable to be downloaded directly to your device. For Android device users, do note the folder location where the file may be downloaded to.
6. My order status shows "delivered" but I can't find the package.
Please check your letterbox, fire riser room or shoe cabinet. The package may be left there by courier. If you still do not find it, please write in to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
