FAQs

1. Q: I am a member with Rock Gifts & Book Centre. Am I entitled to membership discount for online purchases?

ROCK membership discount is only applicable at the physical store.

2. Q: Can I use vouchers purchased in the physical store for my online purchases?

We only accept e-Vouchers for online payment. Vouchers purchased at the physical shop can only be redeemed at the physical shop.

3. Q: I can't find a particular sermon title.

Please click here to drop us a message with the sermon title and date that you are looking for. We will get back to you within 3 working days.

4. Q: What happens next after I've made payment for a mp3 download?

You will receive an email with the download link. For Apple device users, please select download to a Cloud storage, as the file is unable to be downloaded directly to your device. For Android device users, do note the folder location where the file may be downloaded to.


5. Q: My order status shows "delivered" but I can't find the package.

Please check your letterbox, fire riser room or shoe cabinet. The package may be left there by SingPost delivery man or courier. If you still do not find it, please write in to ask@rockonline.sg stating your order number.
